LOCATION The property is situated in an elevated south facing position in the village environment only a short walk (275 yards) from Seaton Beach. Village facilities include a primary school, public houses, restaurants, church, beach café, doctors surgery and village store/post office. Similar facilities are available at St Germans, which also has a main line railway station providing an excellent commuter link (Plymouth to London Paddington 3 hours). The neighbouring village of Seaton also has a beach with RNLI Lifeguard station during the season and a beautiful countryside park with rural and woodland walks.
